Disturbed sleep

I am male 50 years, with no Sugar, BP, Heart problem etc. My sleep is very short and a disturbed one. However during the day I do not feel sleepy.

NUX VOM 200

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS .

Day 4 onwards

Sulphur 30 early morning empty stomach every day and in addition Ferrum Phos 6x,5 tabs three times a day.
