Enlarge adenoids and tonsils

Hi
My 4.3yr old son diagnosed enlarged adenoids and tonsils few days back.. dr suggested removal of tonsils and adenoids means surgery is the option according to him. My son is healthy child not thin not obese and active.. preschool going kid.
Height 105-106cm weight 20kgs, he was born big baby.
He has Good appetite and likes to eat sweet items more and yogurt is his favourite, cannot eat his food without yogurt.
I'm using saline in night for temporary relief can't see much effective,
we are Originally from India, Living in Belgium Europe) here weather is mostly chilled but now a days it's good sunny.

His symptoms which makes me more worry

1:-Breathing hard in night (sounds he has stuffed/ congested nose) no cough no cold no fever, sometimes we hear snoring
2:- sweats in night mainly in head
3:- sleep with tilted neck
4:- sometimes pause breathe and make sound of clearing throat
5:- cannot sleep straight, if sleeps straight sounds of breathing increase.
6:- from few days back i found dark circles under his eyes, not sure why may be because of watching tv and mobile (schools closed because of corona virus)

Yesterday consulted with Homeopathy dr for the treatment, and he suggested us lycopodium calavtum 30, 3 times a day,. For 7-10days.. Hopefully will start this medicine from tomorrow., i need advice what i can do more to get good and faster results. And don't want to go for surgery he is too young for this painful surgery.
Help me guide me.
