first it increased my hunger i felt. then it deceased it. i took it yesterday twice.

Give detailed information of your all symptoms. Why did you take this. And how did you take? How many doses? What was the gap between 2 doses?

i was having problem of increased appetite and thirst with weightloss.

i took it twice in a gap of 4/5 hours

Stop taking any medicine. Wait for 7 days.
Why did you take Sulphur 200 and 2times a day? Don't do that next.
