Feels something stuck in throat with shortness of breath.

It all started 3 weeks ago suddenly at night there was pain in my chest on left side with breathing difficulty, burps and acidic water coming to my mouth. I went to the emergency they took my vitals and gave me esomeprazole 40mg.
After that i showed to a cardiologist and he said it was not because of a heart attack. He gave me some medicine for muscle strain.
After that my chest pain was gone but than pain started in my stomach just above the belly button and below the ribs on both sides.
Than i went to the gastroenterologist and he recommended me esomeprazole and mebeverine hydrochloride. The stomach pain has decreased but still sometimes there is pain for few seconds and than it gets better on its own.

The lump feeling in my throat is all the time with shortness of breath and heaviness on chest.that aggravate after few hours of having meal.

No i don't wake up after falling asleep.

Currently I am only taking the meds prescribed the gastroenterologist.

No I don't have any other medical conditions except for pain in my back that doesn't bother me that much and has been even before this condition started.

Thanks for the reply. Since there is a lockdown going on it will take some time to get the medicine. As soon as I start the medication i will report to you after 15 days.

Yes still using esomeprazole and mebeverine hydrochloride prescribed by the gastroenterologist so should I stop taking it?

Over time , because people kept making
Acidic food choices and gradually , the cells
Start to have an acidic ph instead of alkaline ph.

For at least 3 weeks, stop having citrus fruit
And drinks, no chocolate, no junk food,
Google acidic and alkaline food and adjust
Your diet to alkaline type foods-even one
Habit like a large piece of chocolate every day for several months cancause this.

Remedies cannot cure things if the diet is wrong.

Please do not stop taking the medications without consulting your doctor.

The right remedy always works even if you are taking medications.

And I know you have already seen a cardiologist and did not find any problem with your heart but I would suggest that you go and see another doctor after the lockdown to make sure you are not suffering from angina.

Heartburn or acid reflux is one of the common symptoms of angina and so it often misdiagnosed.

I will get it checked by another cardiologist.

Got Asa foetida 200, will start taking it from today. Will update you if any improvement.

1 dose is 2 pills or 2 drops.

Report back in 15 days if you don't see any improvement.

I have got in drops should i take directly 2 drops on tongue or with some water?

I want to update my condition. After taking 4 doses until now my stomach pain is very less but there is still feeling of phelgm stuck in throat and light yellowish phelgm coming out upon clearing the throat ,hoarness in voice sometimes, slight pain in chest on left side that come and goes. Shortness of breath is the main issue that is bothering me much. Doesn't feel like that i have taken enough air.

Sorry forgot to tell you about these things when i rub in the center of my chest there is a slight relief in my breathing and when i stretch my arms the pain aggravates in left side of my chest.

Hi Tui. Want to update you on my condition. Have stopped taking Asafoetida. Now taking Argentum Nitricum twice a day.

Currently I am having mild upper abdominal pain. Difficulty in breathing that aggravates sometimes. Yellowish thin mucus that is difficult to hawk out. Difficulty in swallowing my own saliva and food(that is too dry).

Are you getting more breathless than before you started taking Arg nit 200?

If your symptoms are somehow getting worse than before, please stop the remedy and wait and watch for a few days.

No the symptoms has not gotten worse.

Yes there is still a feeling of something stuck in throat but much less than before.

No the upper abdominal pain is not getting worse it just comes and goes and is mild.

There is tightness in chest and difficulty in breathing is there that aggravates sometimes.

I have done my ECG and the report is normal. The Lipid profile and Fasting Glucose test is also normal.

The doctor has asked me to do H. pyloric test as soon as i get it done and get the result i will update you.

So my H.Pyloric test came negative.
