I have taken China 30 for 2 days yet.
In the meanwhile it is to update that i am again having Mild Dry Coughing from last night.
No mucus comes in throat with cough.
No mucus sound in chest.
Although without cough Yellowish mucus is coming from last 02 days from throat that i feel much need to clear throat by spitting out.
Mild voice hoarsing.
Throat canker is improving and less pain in throat.
Feeling weakness.
Mild Headache
Kindly advice.

Kali sulp. 6x tablets is not available though trying to get it and may be available tomorrow evening.
In the meanwhile can u suggest other remedies (please also mention priority of the remedy in case both are avaialable in shop).
Currently Dry Cough frequency is increasing.
No mucus with Cough.
No mucus sound in chest.

Unfortunately Cup Met 30 is also not avaialable, but shop keeper says he will check from supplier tomorrow for availability.Actually the nearby homeostore is small and usually have less remedies but make avaialble on order.
In the meanwhile can u plz advice any other remedy that can help for cough.
Current Symptoms:
- cough 4-5 times in a hour.
- Tickish feeling in throat like throat irritation
- Dry Cough also trigger/starts when presses throat from outside.
-Sound of the cough is like initial stage of normal cough.
- cough is around 3-4 seconds when comes
- Mild pain in throat may be due to throat canker effect
- No barking or rattling sound yet.
- No flu and nasal discharge.
- No mucus with cough.
- No fever yet.
- No breathing issue yet.
- Mild Voice hoarsing yet.
- there is post nasal drip
I have taken a little cold icecream and juice with guests yeterday and i might think that cough is due to coldness.

I have visted Store and Kali sul 6x and Cup Met 30 is not avaialable.
Having short Dry Cough and ticklish feeling in throat and cough triggets when press from outside.
Kindly advice alternative, if possible.

I am taking Hep sul 30 and KM.
It is to update u followings:
Throat canker is improving.
From today morning my voice hoarsing has increased.
More frequent coughing from morning.
Today with cough i got Greenish Secretion Upward from Throat and i have to expell out secretion with Hawking.
Cough is short and mostly in Day time with ticklish feeling in the throat. Have Pain in throat with cough.
With hawking some green mucus comes upward for expelling.
No nasal discahrge.
No flu or sneezing.
No breathing issue yet.
No fever yet.
I feel cold and lemon drinks worse symptoms.
Still observing symptoms, if there is anything in symptoms that i may misisng, plz point out.

Further to add from Yesterday i am again feeling chilly (not feverish) , as body is looking hot though noted temperature is 97F.(Feet and hands are Cold). Also having general weakness
From yesterdat, I am avoiding sitting under fan and wearing slightly winter shirt and pant(though season is summer), as feeling some chilly, but not wearing cap.

Current Cough Symptoms:
- Voice Hoarsing has very much increased from yeterday.
- Short Coughing with sharp cough pain in chest and throat.
- Greensih Mucus (like phelgum) comes up from chest with cough.Now frequency and qunatity of mucus has increased.
- i feel that some tickish feeling in throat triggers cough
- post nasal drip
- coughing is mostly in Day Time and greenish mucus also comes in daytime , so far.
Not feeling good in cold air and cough seems to increase in cold air.
No nasal discahrge.
No flu or sneezing.
No breathing issue yet.
No chest tightness.
No fever yet.

Right now I am unable to contact homeostore on telephone , however, will vist store in evening and try to get it.
Further to update i was just laying and suddenly get start very severe Coughing and greenish mucus is coming up from chest with cough.
Coughing frequency has increased very much and its getting longer now with a need to expell out mucus and with sharp pain in chest and throat.
Please also let me know any subsitute remedy, in case Rumex is not avaialable.

IF THE MUCUS IS BEING EXPELLED IT IS A GOOD SIGN WAIT FOR THE COLOR OF MUCUS TURN NORMAL.
CONTINUE FOR A DAY OR TWO AND GIVE A FEEDBACK.
DRINK PLENTY OF LUKE WARM WATER .
STOP KM CONTINUE CF AND CM THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY TILL YOU GET HOLD OF KS.

Greenish mucus from chest is being expelled out by cough but its taking too much presssure of cough in chest and throat that i have to grip my throat for expelling out mucus.
Further also having ticking/irritation in throat which also trigger cough.
No nasal discharge yet.

I am on fasting and will continue Cup met 30 in evening.From last 3 weeks i am taking luke warm water.
Hopefully i will get KS 6x tomorrow, do u feel i should order Rumex 30 also? Or anyother remedy to Stop production of Greenish mucus?
