my son has some symptoms of autism

hi,
I have 41/2 year old son .
He has speech but he is not talking much. If I force only he asking what ever he wants .After MMR VACCINATION and lots of ear infections he got worse.He can write most of the letters but he is not trying to seek the new
letters. He is doing what ever knows. wE PUT HIM IN preschool from last september to march.He is not going school from one month.The teacher complained he is not trying to imitate others he is playing him self.He could not waving his hand from last one month.If I don't force him he is playing in his own world.I had diagnosised with limp node tb when he was one year old that time my lungs are fine. I took medications for six months.My sons chest X-RAY was fine that time.I will be very thankful to your reply.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
you are advise to give Thuja 200c one dose at early in the morning and wait foa a week and report me for 2nd prescription.
