8 year old nose bleeding

our 8 year old boy has severe nose bleeding. His nose is constantly itching and dry. please help thanks!

Nat Mur 6x and Kali Phos 6x,three tabs of each 4 times a day.Feedback after 4 days.

Pls tell when,how, cause, times,season, color of blood etc. You'll only be helping yourself.
