eczema around eyes

hi,

i hope someone can recommend a remedy to help with eczema around my eyes, including eye lids.

1. Male, 34 years, 64KG, slim build.
2. Eczema around eye lids and eye going into eyebrows. Has been there for last 3 years.
3. Very itchy and scaly skin
