I like meat but sometimes causes discomfort on my gums afterwards.

In the past few years, I feel like my gums have receded. So I feel my teeth are longer.
My gums are dark pink.

I don't have hecla lava at home and can't buy China because stores are closed because of Corona virus.

Any tissue salts that I can take?

It is 2am here and I can't sleep from discomfort in gums.

I took mag phos 6x in warm water last night and slowly the him pain and swelling went away and I slept at 4am.
Considering my teeth and gums conditions, can I take the following:
Mag phos 6x
Calc fluor 6x
Kali Mur 6x
Kali phos 6x (always helps me with weakness)

Can I take them once a week?
My body is sensitive to taking medication every day.

Period bis heavy as usual plus pain in belly from clots.
My period has come after 1.5 months because I have IUD inserted. My period is heavy for 2-3 days then light.
I am continuing with mag phos and Ferrum phos.
Five minutes after taking mag phos, the pain and swelling in gums disappears like magic.

During this period and all periods I feel my energy is drained and fatigued. This is how I felt for the past two days.
When my period started I was very anxious whether it will heavy and o would lose my iron.
Today I had a fever of 98F and body ached that I had to take two doses 9f Kali phos 6x and a pain killer to feel better.
Before school closure due to covid-19, I was teaching Monday to Friday at a difficult school so by Saturday my anxiety is lower but I have a fever and body ached that I have to take a pain killer. This repeated every week.

Five years ago, I had a severe nerve pain in my cheek (mostly right) and it start at my jaw joint and spread outwards up and down. Also, mouth inner lining was swelled. Sometimes I would feel like my cheek is numb for a few seconds. Only Ferris phos helped.

For the past few days, I feel a slight heaviness in my left cheek from jaw point. Very light dull pain from the jaw point. My inner lining is swelled and gums are hurting and painful.

I also want to ask you how I should help myself not to use too much of my mental energy.
I invest too much mental energy in things (teaching, etc.)
I can never stop thinking.. this makes me mentally drained and then my physical health is affected:
Stress, heavy breathing, cold hands, warm head........
I do have OCD and work too hard, I am a perfectionist.
I need help in strategies in keeping my nerves calm and not stress.

I made a mistake a few hours ago of lifting a heavy item up the stairs. Since then I feel weak, shaky, and little energy. I feel less oxygen is going to my brain and short of breath so I am lying in bed and took a dose of ferryman pho’s 6x and trying to take breaths.
I think because of my anemia I should not have lifted that heavy item.
I feel weak and fatigued as if all my energy is used up.
What should I do? Take ferryman pho’s in warm water?

Will Ferrum pho’s eventually help my anemia?
