Hand tremor

I am 54 and am suffering from shaking of hands which becomes more when in fear or any other emotional excitement. This is since last 3-4 years. Initially it was not remarkable but now it is visible. When I hold something my left hand shakes.My radial nerves also pain sometimes. My memory also has gone down as per my observation. Please advise me what to take.

It is also pre sign of Brain Stroke or Heart Attack.
Do you smoke?
Do you have high blood pressure?
Do you have high cholesterol?
Take an appointment of a neurologist as soon as possible.
It may also Chorea.

You may take: Cuprum Met 30 -Pill form
6pills in the morning in empty stomach.

Single dose only then stop
Give feedback next day

I don't have any of these symptoms - blood pressure, cholesterol, nor I smoke. My father also has this, but he is 86. Since when exactly he is suffering from this he does not remember.
