B12 , D3 deficiency and Fistula in Ano
I am 51 yrs old and found B12 only 77 and VITAMIN D3 , Serum by CLIA 25.87. I usually have high headedness, tired, weakness. Feeling mire fatigue. In addition I am having Osteo Arthitis in both knees. My main concern first is to relieve from B12 deficiency as soon as possible. I am working in high altitude where oxygen is just 20%. Other problems. I am taking homeopathy medicine for Fistula in Ano presently since 10 days. I was treated with Oesoghugus A, a ulcer in 2007-09.lbsjk on 2020-02-21
