The first prescriber (homeo helper) have to assess the case before someone else suggesting any other remedy because this person is having aggravation so you need to ask the following questions and find out what is he mean by ”aggravation”;
Is he having a new symptom? or
Is he having an old symptom that he had it in the past? Or
Is he having aggravation of the chief complaint? Or
Did aggravation was followed by amelioration?
Based on his answers, you decide what to do next.
And if he is a kind of person who is sensitive to a homeopathic remedy, prescription has to be more exact (close enough remedy won't work for sensitive people. It will just aggravate more and obviously wrong remedy will aggravate their condition even further)so it's not a good idea to suggest a random remedy one after the other without assessing the case.

Continue. It is prescribed for all of your problem. Mainly for red cell. You may make test after every 5 days and let me know.
It is simple to know about the cause of aggrevation and proving. We sometimes make comment without thinking.
And it is habitual in this forum.

Ferrum Phos is the middle condition of Arsenic and Phos. It makes an aggrevation when used with Arsenic though given in biochemic form. Again we should not use Arsenic album higher potency without confirmation like as Sulphur, Tuber etc. It is proved by me. If I could give the evidence, you could see.
