Body odor and ringworm - Is sulphur right?

My husband has had ringworm on his scalp and under his beard for about 20 years. He also sweats a lot and has offensive body odor. Even if he showers before bed, by morning he can have a strong odor again. He can easily let personal hygiene like showering and changing clothes slip if not prompted.

From my research, it looks like Sulphur is the remedy for him. Do you agree? What dosage and how often should he take it, and for how long?
