Excessive Flatulence & Urinating Feeling Issue

I am 48 years old and would like to seek request/advice remedy for my two issues

1- Lot of gas in stomach lately and have excessive flatulence.BTW I am very fond of lentil and have at lentils at least three times in a week. But this gas issue has aggravated lately. Further due to some changes in office hours in last few months, my bowel timing is also out and not getting fully relieved in the morning but late in the day (after reaching office or in the evening)

2 - Urge to wait for further urine (drop or so) after completing. The urine problem I have noticed increases during the winter and sometimes I feel that it is psychological as I dont feel the urge if I am busy or in office. However when home, especially before dinner I feel the urge to wait a long time as I dont want to be bothered to go again for urinating during my dinner

Also note that I have hernia and was using Causticum 200, Nux Vomica 200 and Sepia 200 at least six months ago but stopped as there is no more pain and it has stopped at a certain stage

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. Take Nat phos 6x, three times daily.

2. Do you have a prostate problem?

I have not checked, but this urine issue mostly happens during winter

It's normal to urinate more during winter so stop or reduce the amount of caffeine as It can make you pee more frequently.
