FDA planning on cracking down on homeopathic products

Hi Everyone,

Just want to let you all know that the FDA has released draft guidance for a "new era in enforcement" for homeopathic medicines (linked below). They are planning on banning products that have useful active ingredients that have any relationship to regulated drugs (aka plants that pharma drugs are derived from), lowering the concentration threshold for enforcement, and banning anything that isn't oral or topical.

There's a public comment period that ends on Jan 23. We have until then to get some level of opposition to this on the record before they put it into policy.
IT'S CRITICALLY IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE SUBMIT A PUBLIC COMMENT
this is the only way to set up a record that can by used to establish standing to fight this in court.

If this goes through, the medicine that you use will be illegal and the bogus "risk metrics" they create will be used as justification for CPS to take your children if you treat them with homeopathics.
