Vaccine injury in cats

I have two cats who are vaccine injured.

The youngest has only received a singe rabies vaccine about a year ago, from which she has become very reclusive, irritable, skittish, and quiet.

Prior to she was the complete opposite. She was very affectionate, and wanted to be held and cuddled all the time. She would purr loudly and constantly, and would always want to be with me. She would sleep in my bed at night (on my pillow).

Now she sleeps alone on the other side of the house.
She shies away from touch and will scratch/bite and show irritation to physical interaction.

Even so she is still very active and playful, especially with my 4 year old son who pesters her and plays roughly (and she seems to like that, and adores him despite that) He gets scratched and bit a lot, however.

I have tried a single dose of Thuja 200c with zero changes whatsoever.

Something called Thujavax was recommended to me but it came with a pricey detox program.

Do any of you know about this medication and/or have any suggestions for treatment?

The older cat had received a single dose of all feline vaccines, unfortunately....
He also is a chronic over-eater, and is very overweight. It seems that no matter how little I feed him he still is very fat. And thinks he is starving ALLL the time.
He is however, extremely affectionate-- stubbornly so, sleeps with me at night, and loves to be pet.
He's incredibly tolerant of my toddlers manhandling him, and even laying on top of him. He is so patient with them.
He never bites, scratches or hisses at them.

His vaccines were given over 5 years ago. The night after he received them he developed a fever and was extremely lethargic for about 48 hours. He used to purr very loudly, and now it is barely audible, even though I can feel the vibration in his throat.

I have also tried Thuja on him with zero changes.

Please let me know any suggestions for them!!
I WILL NEVER VACCINATE THEM AGAIN :'(

I should also mention that their food, although it is a dry food "kibble" is a limited ingredient food with zero added synthetic vitamins or filler ingredients. Just real whole food.
