Bell palsy

Please help my mother inlaw.
She is about 45 years old.
Sudden bell palsy on right side.
After that, under ear is swollen. Very painful.
Local homeopath gave Aconite 30. Then Aconite 200. After aconite 200, right side is swollen more and pain is increased more. Internal mouth is not swollen and not in red colour.
She can not sleep now. After that the doctor gave her Belladonna 200. Os it right? Please suggest. Please.

Ok. But is this for swelling of gland and pain also?
She is now very upset. Want to take Antibiotics for that.

Sorry!
As this condition is increasable rapidly, After not having any result of Causticum, I gave her alopathic tablet Corton.
Now she is okay and symptoms are going gradually. I am also giving her Neobion
Thank you for your suggestion.
