Mild edema on right arm

Hi All,

I have a kind of mental issue with chemicals n poisonous substances - they freak me out big time. Sometimes I even imagine the slightest exposure to anything remotely toxic will kill me.

Now coming to issue at hand. Yesterday I was working on my balcony garden and that involved cutting adenium (desert rose) taproots. A lot of sap seeped from the cuts into a bucket full of compost. Nothing directly on my hands, but thereafter I filled the compost into other pots with bare hands and then washed them thoroughly with soap.

After all this activity I noticed mild swelling on my arm (from elbow to wrist). Not on the palm. Just the lower portion of the arm as described.

I resisted from searching on Google since it always throws up the worst possibilities and makes me go very anxious. Anyhow I searched finally and got to know that adenium sap probably not so poisonous afterall.

But one day has passed and i still have the mild swelling. I don't know which doctor to go to.

I've popped a single dose of arsenic alb 30 just now..not knowing any better.

Can anyone here help my case?

Thanks in advance!

Take Apis if it's hot to touch, and if not take Ledum.
