This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The one that's similar to your symptoms and most importantly a working one. Can't say before hand what would it be that is suitable for YOU!

Hypothyroidism is a disorder of endocrine system in which thyroid gland does not produce enough hormone. Hypothyroidism is a condition in which the body lacks sufficient thyroid hormone. Since the main purpose of thyroid hormone is to “run the body’s metabolism”, it is understandable that people with this condition will have symptoms associated with a slow metabolism.

Homeopathy is one of the most popular holistic systems of medicine. The selection of homeopathic medicine for hypothyroidism is based upon the theory of individualization and symptoms similarity by using holistic approach. This is the only way through which a state of complete health can be regained by removing all the sign and symptoms from which the patient is suffering. The aim of homeopathic medicine for hypothyroidism is not only to treat hypothyroidism but to address its underlying cause and individual susceptibility. As far as therapeutic medication is concerned, several remedies are available for hypothyroidism which can be selected on the basis of cause, location, sensation, modalities and extension of the complaints.
