3 drops+ 200ml water
Shake the bottle 4 times before every dose.
Take only 5ml in the morning and 5ml in the evening.
Stop when BP drops.

no how long before the glonione has any effect on lowering blood pressure > Obviously if blood pressure does not go down after 3 weeks it isn't working

BP may drops after single dose of Glonoine. Take at 1st. See the result.

You should take in liquid form. Not tincture.
Potency should be: 1X

Selecting the right potencies is also vital for treatment in homeopathy.
Some one in the comments was asking you to take Glonoinum 1X(when 1X in homeopathy means mother tincture) and Glonoinum doesn't come in tincture form and you have to take it in potency.
My suggestion you continue taking Rauwalfia mother tincture for a minimum of 15 days to notice any effect. 15 drops with 1/4 cup of water 2 times a day and along with it take Glonoinum 200 CH 4 drops one time a day you will see some good inprovement.
