Weak Hair Roots, Brittle and Rough Hair

I am 38 years old Male, 76.5 Kgs, 5'7", Married, living Sedentary Life Style, Suffers from Gastric problem for long, Plantar Faciatis in Right Heel,
My hairs roots and very weak, I am suffering from hair fall for the past 10 15 years, I am having paste like dandruff in my scalp a(which comes out on scratching scalp, which I got to know is sebum from youtube) has caused severe damage to my hairs and they are falling vigoursly for long and now I am almost bald from top of my head.

Even hairs on neck side behind forehead are also weak, the come out simply when I put my hand over my head, when I shampoo, a hell lot of hairs come out. The roots are literly very weak.

Is the Sebum exact root cause of my weak hair roots and brittle hair, and is there any homeopathic remedy to stop hair fall and encourage hair regrowth.

Please help.
