Remembering old users

Hello,

Following an email conversation about what happens to old posts, I've started giving endorsed posts more weight in searches and 'similar posts' listings.

The purpose of this is to preserve the important posts from old members and obviously, deciding what's important is the challenge there.

So if you come across a post that you think others should see more of, please click the heart at the bottom of the post.

well it is really interesting to know old and gold prescriptions (cases) and hopefully the prescriber is not removed from the forum because if someone has any question(s) regarding their expert prescription. So that one could ask etc. Thanks
