Anxiety disorder for Exams/Tests

So, I am posting another thread to attract more answerers.

I am suffering from anxiety disorder for the last 20 years which I couldn't recognize thus far. This problem is inherited from my mother.
Usually, I am a normal person. But, my anxiety starts either when I am given a task which has a strict deadline, or, when I am given a task with a workload more than I can handle in a short time.
This is slowly destroying my life.
I need a strong medication.
Age 37. from Subcontinent of India.

The summery is, I have taken nat-sulph-200c on 4th August 2019 (approx).
My situation has been showing a very very tiny bit of improvement. But, I am not in a position to verify my situation as I have no examination/test going on at this moment.
I need to know the next step.

Patient age=#37, gender=#Male, marital status=#Married, country=#India, city=#Kolkata.
1- constipation history if any ? #No
2- headache if any ? #No
3- must select one option which is more from below
A) restlessness .. B) weakness
#Restlessness
4- your detailed daily routine ? Hourly basis. Morning to evening.
#Browsing internet, eat, sleep, nothing else.
5- is it a reoccurring problem ? #Yes.
6- you were physically inactive or active just before this problem ? #inactive.
7- do you feel more thirsty or thirst-less ? #Thirsty
8- do you feel more cold in body or hot mostly ? #Hot
9- any foul smelling gases ? Abdomen ? If smelly please mention?
#A lot of gas, smelly. Stinky breath.
10- when your suffering or pain or symptoms aggravate / increase ?
# when given work load, deadline approaching of delivery of work, examination fear.
And when/how ameliorate / feel better ?

hello,
I am not finding the thread. But, that medication, didn't work, otherwise I wouldn't have posted another thread. I was also busy with my travel and relocation.
nat sulph 200c worked like a charm in case of my seborrheic dermatitis. my scalp is totally cured now. there is no visible scale formations. I am not even having a single itch for the last 7 days or so.
But, I am not sure about my Anxiety Disorder as I don't have any means to assess right now.

I take Pramolan tablet 1 per day.

Yes. failing in the school leaving exam.

You may take a dose of Nux Vom 200 at bed time. 2 drops+4 spoon water. Be calm and quite before going to bed. And that night you should go for sleep before 11pm. Report after 5 days.
*Only single dose then stop
*Stop your present medicine for 7 days if possible

Sometimes single medicine can not bear good result if there is complication of symptoms.
Keep patience

the problem is, I am flying to EU on 30th August.
There would be no homeopathic medication available where I am going.

actually, This is not the side-effect.
I went to the doctor and she gave me Pramolan as the treatment of Anxiety.

Ask your dr how to withdraw safely.

Obviously it has not taken away your anxiety.
Nux vomica detoxes drugs and overuse
Of anything out of your system. Most
Homeopaths have a person gradually withdraw
From psych meds - because if not- remedies
Are not going to produce correct results.

Why are you asking to take Nat Sulph 1M?
I think it is not for you. I did not find any matching symptoms with you and Nat Sulph. Sometimes a medicine (Homeo/Alo) may give you relief for a short time but it may create complications.
Who had prescrived you Nat Sulph 200 for your dermatitis, did he ask you about any other conditions? Specially about the condition of your mind?
When you noticed dermatits? After taking pramolan tablet? Before taking pramolan tablet?
If it was noticed after taking pramolan tabet, then discuss with your dr to stop it and start with Nux Vom 200
Then you may start with Aurum Met 30.
Every medicine should be taken according to similar character. I'm not sure yet if I can tell you to take Aurum Met. Only keep it in hand. I will tell you after Using Nux Vom.
Your symptoms may be indicated Cal Carb.
When you notice dermatitis again, notify soon.
Another important notice: Please don't take any homeo medicine with your pramolan tablet for this case.

He actually prescribed that medication only for my mind. But, he was banned before he could continue with me.

Pramolan is keeping my Anxiety under control. But, its not curing it.

Every prescriver has his own way.
If you are trying to justify one prescription then don't try to do this. You obviousely can not do that. You are seeking remedy but don't want to use. Every prescrivers has his own idea in homeopath. It is not possible to select only one remedy by seperate prescrivers.
When you take prescription, you should try it first then the prescriver can handle your case.
Or you may take advice by your local homeopath.
If you are interested to take my advive, you are welcome.
If you want to take another prescriver's advise you are most welcome.

Valium, Xanax etc and do not take it- but having
It with you stops the mind from doing “what if”
It keeps the mind from escalating into panic.
“What if”is the red flag showing you are
In the anxiety area. you can monitor yourself,
And ask thru the day or night- “ Am I in the future?
If you are you are probably doing “what if”
You must work on being in the present moment.
When you are in what If territory it opens up
The lower brain physical panic loop to the
Hippocampus- memories stored there have
Stress chemicals to set off panic.
This is the battle- ask if you are in the future
And then - refuse to think about it. Change
Your focus, the anxiety loop is hijacking your
Body/mind. You have to starve it - it is never
Going to have anything good to say.
