Small Fracture On Skull
Age: 50 MaleAfter an injury on head, he has a small fracture on skull seen by CT Scan. After about one year, headache is seen and her right arm is losing streangth. He can not work raising his right hand. There is pain in right hand also. About every night, he suffers from headache. Headache becomes more worse when he works under sun.
Previous week, i gave him Arnica 200 for 2 days. 1st day he feels better. 2nd day condition seems as before. I gave him Arnica 1m only one dose. No improvement. Then Nat Sulph 30 is giving as pill form. But no improvement.
Can I now try Symphytum 30? I think it will work. Then I want to try Belladonna 200. Please give me advice.
Can i use symphytum 30? And how may i apply this? Liquid? Pill?

Give him arnica 200 and Hypericum 200 adequate doses like upto 8 doses.
Then he could be given, Calc. carb. Use 30c for upto 8 doses, two doses a week. Follow it up with 200c one dose in every 10 days for 6 to 7 doses.

Welcome, it doesn't matter if you choose to combine Arnica and Hypericum at a time. But give Calc separately.

Only Arnica 200 is given every morning. After 4 days, dizziness is started. Should I use Hypericum 200 at this time?

You can give one or two drops under the tongue or dissolved in half a cup of water(for those who may not like the taste of liquid remedy in alcohol).

2 doses of Hypericum 200 are given. Now he feels more better. Head and hand pain is reducing gradually. Hypericum 200 1drop+2spoon water daily morning. Should i give it everyday?

Yes should give Hypericum every day.
If Arnica frequent doses cause dizziness, space arnica doses like give two times a week instead of daily.

Dizziness is increased more but he told me that, he can move his hand better than before. Again her headache is increased on the top of head where he injured. But there is no fracture on the top of head. The fracture is on the front.

Should I stop these? Should I start Cal Carb 30? How to apply Cal Carb 30? Liquid? Pill? Dose? Period? Please advice? He have niticed a good benefits except dizziness. He felt heaviness in right hand and head. But it is gone. Now main problem is dizziness and headache.

If you have finished 12 doses of Arnica 200c or atleast 8 doses of Arnica 200c then you may stop Arnica 200.
Continue with Hypericum 200 doses for a few more days.
Also give him Nat sulph. 200c twice a week.
Wait on Calc. carb. for now.

There was good sign of right hand after taking Arnica 200. But dizziness is seen when taking Arnica 200. It was stopped. Only Hypericum 200 was running. But dizziness is also seen after taking Hypericum 200. Now his right hand and headache is like before.

Did you continue Hypericum for last two weeks? I said only continue for a few more days.
