severe anemia due to heavy periods
Hi , I would like the help of a dr please.I am 48 years old , since the past 3 years I have been experiencing heavy periods, with clots , until last year I felt really bad and have to receive 3 units of blood due to a hemoglobin of 4, they raised up to 8.5 and released me from the hospital, with iron pills, which I took very cautiously due to the side effects, after a few months I have started to feel bad again, went to see a local homeopath SABINA OFF 1 M , SEPIA LM1 , CHINA OFF 200 C AND FERRUM 200 C are among the remedies I took , the period is still the same, I am starting to feel bad again, too weak, tired, white gums, nauseated and dizzy wants to be resting the whole day, also I took 3 doses of ALETRIS FARINOSA 30 C, all this over several months of course.
I do have a fibroid in my uterus, according to the dr the position where it is it shouldnt be affecting , drs want to operate and remove everything I dont believe in that.
Please guide me , I am not seeing the homeopath dr here anymore due to economic situation and also because it actually didnt do anything to me .

Please take
1. Calc Fluorica-12x and Ferrum Phos-12x (3+3) pallets twice a day
2. Lachesis-200 6 pills at bed time
Pl take this treatment for 10 days and then give feedback
