This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There are only 12 tissue salts-those salts for the most part, are in all cells. The potency for cell salt action goes up to 12xonly. Higher than that potency
Is not low enough to work as a cell salt.

Any remedy that IS one of the salts and is taken
At 12x and below is the same as taking the
Product labeled as a tissue salt.

Thanks for that - always wondered so because of my bloating issue (nux vom is good for me) what cell salt would be best to take - carb veg as a remedy has been suggested but I am wanting to try tissue salts as they can be taken relatively safe

Hi Simone actually which potency is best for tissue salts 6x or 12x ? Also, is it true that anything above 12x is not treated as a tissue salt but a homeoapthic remedy ?

Hi,
I always use 6x.

Schuessler developed the treatment using those
12 remedies in the low potencies - because
They are what cells contain. The theory is
If the cells are healthy, then the person is
Healthy.

So, actually they are homeopathic remedies-
Just a subset of specific minerals in low
Potency. I suggest ordering “natural healing
With cell salts,”by dr Skye weintraub.
Lists over 200 pages of conditions and
Prescription of salts for that condition.
