Hi,

Try google for ainsworths Remedy Finder.
They have a good series of questions under cold-

See what shows as the top remedy after answering.
Start with 30c. If you have relief, wait to dose
Again when you feel relief has stopped. Doses
Should get furthur and furthur apart.

If symptoms get worse- stop dosing. Wait for this to pass
And relief should show up. Again , wait till relief
Fades out before another dose.
