My TSH level is too low

Am taking eltroxin 25mg reguraly for two months and I have checked my thyroid level T3 level is 8.3 and T4 is 10.2 and TSH level is 0.0175.. Is am taking right dose or need to increase dose? Is am hypothyroid or hyperthyroid? Any homeopathic remedy for this? Please suggest

Thanks a lot am having some symptoms of all day tiredness, not interested in my work, full day fatigue and having indigestion and frequent urination for more than 10times and also checked for diabetic there no diabetic symptoms, whole day feel thirsts, sore throat, can’t able to see or read well. Am 37 years of old weight is 68kg

Has I was taking eltroxin while I was diagnosed hypothyroidism. I was been more than 3 years hypothyroidism problem tats why I have taken eltroxin but unfortunately it’s changed over to hyperthyroidism.. what to do next?

Ok I need to take thyrodinium 6x in morning only or two times a day?
