Dr Reva Eczema problem

1. Eczema in neck from last 2yrs 3inches in size.Dry with itching
2. Eczema in Scrotum with violent itching,deep cracks,watery discharge,Skin falls every 3days sticks to underpants,agg. by covering.in a fixed area for last 2yra
3.Pyorrhea with pus and bleeding. inflammation increases by any homeo medicine.Lot of bleeding by taking sulphur.
4.constipation with soft stools and worms in abdomen.
Please suggest 2-3 medicine at a time, since homeo med not easily available in my city
Remedies taken - Ars alb200,Sulhur 30,Antim Crud200,Thuja200,Psorinum200 - 1dose,Hepar Sulph200,Rhus Tox200,Lyco 200

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I need a very deep and and detailed history/symptoms. In your own words. ++ answers below ones as well .........
A) constipation history. B) headache if any. C) must select one option, weakness or restlessness, which is more. Or which was just before the disease (eczema)
D) your detailed daily routine, like active or sadantry life style etc ... E) is it a reoccurring problems F) you can update click my name.
