Headache from cold

Hello Sir,

Please help me out for headache, left nose blocked and little watery also. Right nostril clear.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I need a very deep and and detailed history/symptoms. In your own words. ++ answers below ones as well .........
A) constipation history. B) headache if any. C) weakness
D) your detailed daily routine, like active or sadantry life style etc ... E) is it a reoccurring problems F) you can update click my name.

No constipation is never felt, however, having gas issue. Also the stomach is not clear in one go, have to go to relive 3 to 4 times a day. Or in morning, then after tea, third or forth time is during evening or night.
No headache history.
Weekness
It’s not recurring, however, 2 to 3 times in a year

Day 1 = Natrum mur 200C .. 4 drop after 30 minutes of breakfast in a separate disposable glass with some water in it. No more no repeat. One dose only.

Notice changes and improvements and Update me click my name after 4-5 days.

Thanks Sir,
From yesterday, coughing with throat pain has also started. Remaining symptoms including Headache is still there.
Should I follow the advice by you or wait for some other instructions

Hello Dur,

I want to inform one more thing, that I have taken 4 drops of Baladona 200 on Monday morning, is it ok to take the advised medicine now or after some days?
Also, if I eat something sour, my teeth becomes sour, like yesterday I had orange juice and today morning also, I had issues while brushing.

Hello Sir,

I had taken the medicine on 12th afternoon, as advised by you, 4 drops of nut Mur 30 in little water. However now I have a fever also, mouth taste is too bad, all food feeling bitter. Yesterday afternoon I had soup, no diner, today morning dal only, no lunch.
Motion is watery, pain in stomach and relieved by watery stool.

Cold is ok, barking like cough and voice is too dul and cracked.
Felling weakness.

Please advice further.

What about headache ? Only rest avoid salty, spicy etc food. No any other medicine. Update click my name after 2-3 days.

Hello Sir,

Thanks the issue resolved completely.

Now I am having, ring worm underarms. This is normally always on right hand underarms. Also on the testicles, there is itching, no liquid from it. Only dry patch. Please advice
