Cervical pain
hiI am a 21 yr old male.
Its been more than a year that i have pain radiating from right shoulder blade to right side of the neck and then right side of head. There is also a popping sound in both shoulder blade when moved upward. My knees and shoulders also have popping when moved.
I can give any other information if needed.

Body weight:55 kg
Sex:Male
Height: 5'8"
Age: 21
BP: Around 100:70
I wake up an hour or half an hour before dawn
mostly I go to bed between 11pm to 1am
but I sleep couple of hours in daytime
I'm a university student
Breakfast is mostly full fried eggs or cheese with walnut and black tea
I drink almost 2 litres of water
I have problems with digestion and sometimes take Nux 30 or Mektum T1 composition for indigestion and gastris
I get angry easily and overreact to somethings
if no one bothers me I can sleep 10 -12 hours
my has been constant for almost 3-4 years

3 tab each simultaneously at Morning/Evening/Night.
