Extreme Constipated 2 years old

thanks Tui, i am giving him opium 30 single dose daily and its working, once gave 2 doses in a day and he had many motions, till when i should continue same ?

today in the morning, he had fever with thirst and i gave him aconite, he is better but for past few days, he is not having food, its winters so what should i give him for resistance to cold and build his hunger

i was giving opium 30 whenever my son is having constipation but since past week, he is having cough which he might have caught from his mother. my wife is taking unani medicines for her thyroid, cough and delayed periods problem.

i have been giving hepar sulph 200 to my son and his cough is less but not going away completely. now he is having runny nose too. he is losing weight and not eating. he is still constipated, gave him opium again but his motions are still small dark colour dry balls.

he remains active throughout the day but cries a lot for small things and want everthing his way. he likes milk a lot but disagrees sweet eatables

please advice good medicine to overcome his illness. i don't want to visit aloepathic doctor again as they only give antibiotics

i started five phos but it was not regular

can't see colour of discharge since he takes it back

he was coughing a lot this morning and having rough skin around his mouth so i gave him a dose of sulphur 30 which lowered his cough.

i have been giving kali mur 6x and five phos 6x for a week now but the constipation is still same. yesterday, he got blood coated extremely dry ball like stool. his appetite is too low

i gave alumina 30 for some days but constipation is still same. cold and cough is not there now.

his stool is extremely dry and very small bowls, he drinks a lot of water and eats less. he likes milk.

feedback on my son's condition

his motions are better now, sometimes loose and sometimes hard, mostly doing it twice a day, he is having mild cough specially in the morning, shall i continue ?

for my son, i am continuing the medicines but he is having cough, might be due to cold weather and losing appetite now, i am giving him unani medicines now for cold.

for my bp, i took lachesis and started cal fluor 12x. yesteday, i checked my bp and it was again 157/96 so i consulted a Doctor and he gave me pills to control bp and cholesterol. i am taking the Doctor's medicines since i have to travel next week. please advise if i can take your prescribed homeopathic medicines too side by side. also, i am feeling cold too, more than others, is my bp related to my cold since i am having buzzing left ear with low hearing, feeling chill and weak eyesight. my sex life is also getting low as i am feeling too weak.

my son is better now, giving him bryonia 30 single dose daily with mag phos 6x and nat mur. his motions are different evertime, sometimes loose and sometimes normal, thankfully not hard now. shall i continue ?

update on my son contipation, his stools alternates between balls and loose stools. recently he is having mild cold and also getting a lot of sweat on his head while sleeping.

my update, bp is still high and feeling palpitations and spikes around my heart. taking aloepathic medicines too. eyesight is blurry and feeling weak. sometimes i feel difficulty in breathing through nose and often gets to breathe through mouth

my bp was going on a little high but suddenly 2 days back, i got numb legs and hands during sleep and i checked my bp and found it 165/100 with pulse 105 so i took bp meds again. i was feeling chilly too.

i got myself checked again and doctor confirmed that my blood has got thicker. my palms getting white and numb and pain in stomach. doctor advised some tests for vitamin deficiency and kidney function, will get report latdr today. taking bp meds now with vitamin supplement, acidity regulator and blood thinner

i am feeling too weak and mild numbness with palpitations. having urine very often
