Best topical application for Genital Psoriasis?

Hello everyone.

My case is followed by Dr Tui here but he asked me to make a new post to have recommendations for a topical application on Genital Psoriasis.

I have mild genital psoriasis on the glans, middle and right side.

There are red plaques and they become dry. There's no itching at all, no pain.

Dermatologists prescribed me cortisone creams 3 years ago. They made the problem go away but I do not want to use them as they go against homeopathic laws.

So what is a good topical application for it then?

Pls try omitting technical/ medical terms and state what you see and what you feel. How did it start? Any thing that you experienced? Periodicity if any/ Time of day it becomes worse. etc

I see red plaques, dry skin. I don't feel anything, no pain no discomfort.

I dont remember how it started... I think after the use of a condom maybe but i'm not sure.' because now I don' t use any and I still have it.

Doesn't become worse at any time, it's either there all the time or not there at all. But nowadays it doesn't go away at all.
