Erectile Dysfunction

I am 40 years of age and married.

I am having problems in marital relations.

My problem is my penis has become very small and stretched inside when relaxed and when erected its not fully erected and became thin. Moreover I ejaculate very quickly, within a minute.

I also have big belly. Also have lot of farting all the day.

Because of all above my relationship is troubled.

Anyone please help me.

you can start these medicines:

10 drops in lukewarm water, 3 times a day.

10 drops in lukewarm water, 3 times a day
keep atleast a difference of 30 minutes between the doses, and/or your meals.
after 15 days you will experience the difference. Do not indulge in sex or masturbation for this period to see great results.
