Bad anxiety and low blood oxygen

I am hoping someone knowledgeable will answer me. I posted about 2 months ago asking for help for a UTI and got no response so I am wondering if this forum is still active?

I am 59 yr old woman with hypothyroidism taking T3 only medication because I do not convert T4 into free T3. If I take a medication containing T4 whether it be synthroid or natural desiccated thyroid medication I end up with high reverse T3 so I am on compounded slow release T3 for now.

I have high cortisol (I did a 4 point saliva cortisol test and the results were high for all times of the day/evening) and high ferritin. My doctor said the ferritin is high because of inflammation. It is getting better. I had blood work done and ferritin is lower now but still high. I am on bio identical hormones so my hormones are optimal now.

Every morning I wake startled but it is a mental startle. As soon as I open my eyes I get the feeling as if I was almost in a car accident. A rush of adrenaline instantly upon opening my eyes. I do not know why this happens but it started 4 yrs ago. It takes 1 to 1.5 hrs for this feeling to go away and then I am feeling better but I have anxiety every day. I am afraid to leave the house. I am weak from hypothyroid. I have a mild case of hypoxia so I am out of breath easily. Being out of breath easily makes my anxiety worse so I don't want to leave my house. I am wondering if anyone can suggest a remedy to help put more oxygen in my blood and help with anxiety.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take one dose(one pill or a drop or a globule) of sulph.30c. Report after a week how it impacts your symptoms.

It has been 1 wk since sulph dose. I am still having a rush of adrenaline instantly upon opening my eyes when waking up but it is less intense than what it was and now lasts about 45 min to calm down instead of 1 -1.5 hrs. What do you advise?

Three more doses. One dose per week.

Report thereafter. Also purchase 200c of this medicine.

Hello It has been 3 wks of one dose per week of sulph 30c. Symptoms are a bit better. Now the adrenaline rush upon opening my eyes lasts about 1/2 hour instead of the original 1.5 hrs to calm down. so we are down to 30 min as opposed to 1.5 hours. this is much better but still not a good way to wake up.

I have noticed that it is no longer the same kind of adrenaline rush of almost having a car accident but more like fear. Fear of health issues. Fear of being late. Fear of missing an important message. Fear of missing a phone call. Fear that I will never get better. Fear that I am late for work (yet I am retired) . This is good since I could not pin point WHY the adrenaline rush was happening. I spent 40 years rushing around doing things and then when diagnosed hypothyroid it hit me so hard that i could not function at all in a normal way. I was bedridden for 3 years and no doctors would listen to me that synthroid was not working. None of my hypothyroid symptoms went away on syntroid. I am better on compounded slow release T3 and many of my hypo symptoms have improved or are gone. Now I deal with social anxiety, the feeling as if I was standing on a floating dock. I do not get dizzy. It only happens when standing in one spot. It does not happen when walking however when walking I still get out of breath so my stamina is not what it should be.

Let's see if the fourth dose takes away that remaining half an hour :)

Have you bought sulph. 200c?

Can see slow but sure changes. Let's give some time.

It has been one week since the 4th dose. No change in symptoms. Still waking with that same Fear of health issues. Fear of being late. Fear of missing an important message. Fear of missing a phone call. Fear that I will never get better. Fear that I am late for work (yet I am retired). One symptom that is worse is the feeling as if I am standing on a floating dock. I have had this feeling for about 3 years but now it is worse since this 4th dose. There is no dizziness. It is just the feeling of standing on a floating dock, up, down, up down. That kind of thing.

Leave a gap of 5 days and take one dose of sulph. 200c. One pill/drop early in the morning preferably as soon as you are awake when there is that rush.

Observe changes over a week and report.

Ok I will take a dose tomorrow morning and report next week. Thanks!

Oh wait. a gap of 5 days ok.

Juniorcat 5 years ago
I waited 5 days and took one pill upon waking. No change in symptoms. Still waking with that same Fear of health issues. Fear of being late. Fear of missing an important message. Fear of missing a phone call. Fear that I will never get better. Fear that I am late for work (yet I am retired). Standing on a floating dock feeling is gone however e-coli UTI is back since May 20. I am not on antibiotics for it. This is the same UTI that I had for 4 yrs. It went away for 2 months 3 days and is now back.

Possibly suppressed UTI is back. If it resolves under sulph. doses it'd be all the better.

Repeat two more doses of sulph. 200 with a gap of 12 days between doses. So you need to take next dose giving a gap of 11 or 12 days.

ok thanks. So one dose (1 pill) today and the next 11 days later?

Juniorcat 5 years ago
If it's been 11 to 12 days from the last dose then you can take the dose today or wait a few days till the due time. Yes next dose will be 11 days later to this dose.

maheeru 5 years ago
well I took one pill yesterday so will take another one in 11 days. Lets hope this UTI goes away. It is so very frustrating.

Juniorcat 5 years ago
No change in UTI symptoms. e-coli (confirmed), stinging urethra, hot feeling urethra, some urgency, burning, bladder warmth.

Juniorcat 5 years ago
Please take cantharis 30c one pill/drop two times a day for three to four days.

maheeru 5 years ago
can I expect the UTI symptoms to flare more and if so, stay awa from antibiotics?

Juniorcat 5 years ago
Yes please stay away from Anti biotics for now----it should be last resort when nothing else works.

If the medicine gets an handle on the problem, it's less likely this will flare up, we'll have to wait and see. Keep me posted if the symptoms flare up or change.

maheeru 5 years ago
Ok, thank you very much!

Juniorcat 5 years ago
Ok I took 1 x cantharis 30c twice a day for 4 days as instructed. UTI is still there with faint pink on stick for nitrites and dark purple on sticks for leukocytes. Area at the vaginal opening feels irritated/hot/mild burning like that of a yeast infection.
