Hernia

Last year I was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia as well as a ventral. They are right next to each other. Doctor suggested surgery with mesh but I declined. Hoping for a homeopathic cure and found this site. I developed the hernia after a violent case of the flu where I vomited for hours. I have had 2 children and suspect my abdominal walls are weak and possibly not connected near navel. I have had a history of poor digestion and constipation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take the following remedies twice a day for 10 days and report back...
Calcarea Carb 200
Sepia 200
Nux Vomica 200

One dose means 2 pills or drops of all three remedies at a time.

I can only find these medicines in 30, not 200. How many should I take?

Please take the remedies in 30 potency. The dosing remains same for the 30 potency too.
