Atypical trigeminal neuuralgia-or something like it

Thanks for being here-and Happy New Year everyone.
My situation is somewhat complicated.
About 2 and a half years ago I was rear ended(slow) and I did not get injured badly,but my lower right back was irritated so I went for chiropractic and acupuncture.After 2 months one of my lower front teeth was sore.The acupuncturist thought that if he put a needle in then it would help with the pain but it exploded the pain so badly that I did not have any more needles anywhere.I decided to have that tooth pulled(I have always had a problem with fillings) and had dentures made up.2 weeks after getting the dentures the tooth beside the one that got pulled got sore and I stopped wearing dentures to see if it would get better but it got worse. Because I had spent major bucks on the dentures I did not want another tooth pulled.I went to a dentist who said I needed 4 fillings.So I had them and the tooth that had been sore ,as soon as the freezing wore off the tooth was ballistic and 3 days later I had it pulled.Then another went sore-in the same row-but not beside and I had it pulled.Then another went sore-but more of an 8 out of 10 pain wise as opposed to the 20 out of 10 that the other teeth were.
Fast forward 2 years and I am no better.Have had 2 MRI's-to CT scans,bone scan.
Nothing shows up.
So the only thing that touches the pain are narcotics(8 out of 10 pain is with narcotics)I take gabapentin and baclofen.
Before this NOTHING-except for my back pain-but not a lot of pills for the back pain.
I am at a loss.The opioid crisis is more of a crisis for those of us on drugs legitimately.Doctors still want us off.
I tried homeopathic remedies at the beginning of the pain with no luck-am hoping to get some advice.
60 year old woman,Canada,brown hair(before going white),Pain is 24 hour a day burning.Sense of taste is way off.Metal taste.I think I give myself food poisoning due to lack of taste.
Only other thing is Waardenburg's Syndrome.
