substitute of calcarea carb
Vkg, age 54All my main points meet with Calcarea Carb,
But the nature of calcarea carb is cold and my hot
So is there any other medicine whose points meet with Calcarea Carb but the nature is hot
Please sugest

Calcarea Carb or for that matter any other remedy won't match with all symptoms of patient. One should go ahead with the remedy if it covers significant symptoms of patient.

One possibility is calc. sulph.
Certain characteristics should not be overlooked. Like mental state, symptoms that define a person should get top priority while choosing a medicine compared to local symptoms.
So if a person is hot and is worse with heat, a remedy shall be chosen based on the defining nature of the person rather than specific complaints alone.
But yes one need not tick all the boxes of person vs remedy(remedy vs person should not be seen) but there should be a general convergence.
