Nat mur 30 one dose evening time only Pl report.

Sir I have taken 1 dose of nat mur 30.
Another thing I noticed that bleeding has been occurring only in morning and very little after that.

Just to get my post on top.
Bleeding still remains scanty.
Most of the time it occurs when I stand up after sitting or lying down.

Today is the 5th day and bleeding increased and happened entire day. But the flow was not very much.

Pl report your symptoms before and after treatment like seated same more or less time no of days,your pain bleeding nature feeling during this period and before.

Before I used to get period after 2 months or more but this time I got period after 35 days. This is a positive change.
The flow in last period was also scanty but there was more clotting.
I never experience pain in periods.
Last period continued for 8 days but then I took ayurvedic naagkesar churna to stop it as suggested by my doctor as I was on ayurvedic treatment for pcos then.
Before the last period when I was on no treatment I used to have heavy bleeding with clotting and periods never stopped by itself I had to take medicine always. I took only ayurvedic medicine for it.
Mood I felt better this time. Earlier I used to get very irritated and angry.
Today also bleeding is same as yesterday. My main concern now is that it doesn't stop by itself.

You can take ipecac 30 if doesn't stop but let if within a day stops normally.

Okey sir I'll take ipecac 30 if it doesn't stop in a day.
Sir but I am worried will this problem get solved and my periods will become normal again stopping by itself?
A friend of mine who's suffering from same problem has suggested me to take reckweg r10 drops and sbl bio chem no. 15 for this along with the treatment. Will it help?

Dear Dr Akshay, I am a house wife, age 38, wt is 72 and suffering from thyroid for past 3 years. My current tsh value is 3.4 done on 1st oct 2018. My health issues post thyroid diagnosis are the follg - Irregular periods, previously menses were scanty , and
sometimes will not appear for month. Nut Currently my biggest issue is my menstural cycle - i am experiencing prolonged cycle for more than 2 weeks, i see gelatinous big clot blood approx 2 to 3 inch diameter, colour is bright red , even if the bleeding is less or more there is always gelatinous blood clots. While passing urine the bloods clots are discharged always during the cycle.
I also suffer from migraine problem, repeated headache episodes appear approx once in a week. I have constipation , hairloss, lack of appetite and tend to skip dinner frequently,water intake is normal approx 4 lit in a day, i feel fatigue
most of the time and feel very lethargic. sometimes the motivation is very low to do household work, i feel very highly irritated prior to my menstrural cylce. I prefer to eat spicy food most of the time.
I get only 5 hr of sleep during night time, then i trake a afternoon nap for 2 hrs. I do alll the household work like cooking food , washing clothes [wash mach] dusting, feeding my 2dogs [one of my dog irrirtates me when he barks a
lot] it cause me stress.
Vitamins | Supplement | Medications - Thyronorm 75mcg, Omega 3 , Evion 400mg, Calcitab [CAl suppl] Celein [Vit C], Intagesic MR for headache [Ant-inflammatory medicine], currently stopped Supradyn Muti Vitamin, as it was causing more constipation.
I am clearly looking for a solution for my menstural issues . Please advice good homeo medicine + dosage + duration of treatment> pls help

Sir as my periods didn't end today and the flow is same as last 3 days so I'll start ipecac from tomorrow.
Also sir I'm getting a lot of painful and itchy pimples on my cheek and near lips since 2 days, most pimples are on left side of face. My face feels very hot due to pimples.
Bleeding occurs mostly when I lie down, not while walking or sitting.
And I am a bit constipated.
Bleeding is red with clots of dark red color almost black color.

Sir my bleeding is over now. But I have to take ipecac for 2 more days.
What medicines will I have to take next? I have mentioned all my symptoms in the above post.
I really wish that my periods start and finish naturally next time.
Also Sir my face is getting very dull and there are a lot of small bumps all over my face with the painful acne.

I have got my ultrasound done today the report says right ovary 11.86 ml( 24×16×58mm) and left ovary 10.31 ml(26×16×46mm) : Bilateral polycystic ovarian disease.
If you will look to my last ultrasound report the size of ovaries has decreased as per my observation.

No medicine except one dose of pulsatilla 30 till period one dose only.
