shoulder pain

hi, there..my name is nurul..i would like to seek opinion for remedies for shoulder pain..my mother having the pain from shoulder downwards to the hand for more than 2 months..she is 52 years old, working women..the pain is usually at morning, pain when to get dress and comb hair, sometimes feels numb..the pain on the right side.. she has diabetes and asthmatic genetic..what remedies suitable for her..

Acid Phos 30
Rhus Tox 30
Causticum 30

One dose means 2 pills or drops each of all three remedies at a time.
