Dear Sir, had diarrhea few days ago, but then I was fine, no bleeding. But all of a sudden, I was bleeding without my knowing in sleep and I have actually fallen asleep unconsciously. When I woke up I saw quite a lot of blood and I felt very tired and weak the very next morning. And later when I passed stool there was some blood too. Please advise.

Dear Dr Mohla. This seems to require proper diagnosis, based on age and previous health history etc. which you will do, surely. Please consider Ferrum Phos 6x along with Thuja 30 repeated several times a day, in addition to your diagnosis and recommendations. They together works well to address both acute and underlying cause together clinically
