hurtful past memories ,depression and hard stools

i m 35 yr old woman.

i m depressed coz of my broken marriege.

i am not able to forget the past hurtful incidents which happened few years ago.

n these past memories keep disturbing and haunting me all the time me n i get very depressed coz of this .

for a year i had loose motions 2-3 times a day.

after that sicne the last 8 months i get very hard stool with strong urge. but not able to paas stool coz it too hard. i have bloating too.

stools gets more haarder when i m more stressed.

i can sleep properly.but when i wake up at night again past memories disturb me immediately.

i m taking cremaffin plus for softenign the stools.

all my reports are normal. my doctor said this is IBS.

i have taken, chelidonium, sulphur, num vomica, lycopodium. for this,,,,,,these medicines help me in bloating only but did not cure hard stools.


please help me
