problem with spelling and concentration

Hello,
I have a student who was born as a premature baby. She learnt to talk at the age of 4. Now she is a student of class nine. her spellings are always wrong. she mixex up words. physical features are ok. she usually feels tired, often suffers from headaches. Her speaking is ok but she finds it problematic to pronounce difficult words correctly. She is very absentminded. while writing one answer from one question she writes another answer of another question in midway. Often feels life is meaningless. Her parents used to beat her a lot for studies and behaviour. Can she be helped?

baryta carb 30 weekly one dose
kali phos 6x 4 tabs morning and evening time.
