Help 28 yo man anger, self destructive, genius, bowel polyps

My son is tall and thin. Chest bit sunken. Blonde hair blue eyes. Long thin bones and muscles cant put weight on. Prone to quick anger and rage leading to violence to others and himself. He recently punched brick wall breaking both wrists. Often unkempt and poor grooming. Little attachment to material things. Loses or gives away or breaks everything.

He is very good with his words, charming and manipulative. Brave and can do bouts of incredibly hard work that almost destroys him. Generous. Kind. Deeply insightful about people. No moral compass.

His mind never stops and drives him crazy. Talk can seem manic and driven. He's plagued with guilt for his manipulation of others and failure to siceed in any way. His father abandoned him at 1 year old, was kind to his older siblings at visits but ignored him. Deep issues there and low self esteem.

He may be or have been addicted to pornography. He likes drugs but not addict.

He has very large polyps in bowel and advanced diverticulitis. Has had fresh blood from bowel. Can eat way too much at one meal-voracious -worse for bowels. Digestion worse alcohol. Gastric reflux and burning indigestion long term.

Can have panic attacks.

Father had psoriasis and treated for gonorrhea before he was born. Drig addict. He is very similar to his father physically and in personality.

Would like to work on deeper mental issues and constitution.
