Dear Dr Kadwa

I am from pakistan,lawyer by profession age 37 male suffering with deviated nasal septum aggravating day by day deviation since childhood but now sleepless nights due to breathing stoppage and fear of jerks and shortage of breath taking lemna minor for deviation but all in.vain, suffered alot plz help me i am afraid of surgery

Thuja 30
Kali Bich 30
Fluoric Acid 30

One dose means 2 pills each of three remedies at a time.
