Chronic Diseases and Homeopathy

I am quite new to the homeopathy world and have been updating myself with new stuff on regular basis.
I have the following clarifications to seek

1. I have read an article which had excerpts from Hahnemann's work on Chronic diseases. What he states is that the chronic diseases are un-treatable in homeopathy and if you temporarily palliate them they will re-surge in some other form. Can you please share your views and ideas.Is it useless to try homeopathy for issues like fibromyalgia etc as they are perceived to be chronic in nature.


2. I am referring a local homeopath and one of the statements that he was making was that one homeo drug which has been administered will not have any more affect after the initial course. He explained the concept of receptors in the body for a specific drug and once those receptors have consumed the homeo drug the same drug will not produce any further affects on the body, the remedial effects cannot be further improved by repeating the drug even after administered several(4-5) months after the initial course. Could you please explain this concept. I havent come across this explanation ?

Ans 1.

Hahnemann says that homeopathy is the only option for chronic diseases. One can't resort to allopathy as the drugs in material doses create an artificial drug disease.

Ans 2:

Homeopaths don't understand how the homeopathic remedy works when it doesn't contain a single molecule of the original medicinal substance. They evolve their own funny theories based on spirituality or totally unconnected things like frequency.
The same remedy works in repeated doses when the totality of symptoms continues to point to the remedy.
