Hello Dr Kadwa,
After taking thuja 200, breathing condition and congestion has improved but there is lot of sneezing throughout a day with running nose and afterwards right nose blockage. Also sometimes mild fever feeling due to this.
Please advise further.

Please take Pulsatilla 30 twice a day for 7 days.

Hello Dr Kadwa,
I have completed Pulsatilla 30 course, initially there was much aggravation but now sneezing has reduced but there is constriction and heaviness in chest with breathing problem, mild fever with hoarseness of voice in morning,Sticky mucus coming out with great effort through nose and through mouth. It finally ends with stomach cramp and loose motion.
So to summarise this when sneezing is better, I start feeling uneasiness in lungs with mild breathing problems that either worse in day or night. If it is bad in night I can't sleep well. So my allergy problem keeps alternating either with sneezing, breathing problem, urticaria, eczema and stomach cramps with loose black stool.
Also I would like to tell that I have a family history of Asthma with eczema problem. Family members developed asthma symptoms in late thirties.
Please advise.

Please take Arsenicum Album 200 twice a day for a week and report back.

FYI....Last time I had 6 months of weekly dose once and afterwards 10 days twice daily dose of Arsenic Album 200 already taken. Just wanted to check if repetition of Arsenic album safe? Though I have started using it, but I am feeling nausea, mild stomach pain and upset. Please advise

In 10% cases homeopathic remedies work well in single dose. In 90% cases they don't. That is why the master introduced aggressive dosing in the sixth edition of the Organon.

I read somewhere that Nuxvomica is antidote to Arsenic album, so if it is true, just wanted to know whether Nuxvomica also nullify the good effects of Arsenic album?

The classical homeopathy doesn't have any model that can explain scientifically the working (dynamics or therapeutic action) of the homeopathic remedy.
In its purest form it starts with single remedy and restricts itself to single remedy.
As it is not possible to work with single remedy there is a model of remedy relationship. This model helps homeopath switch from one remedy to another.
This switching model has become a core part of classical homeopathy as it respects the basic tenet of single remedy.

I feel allergic symptoms throughout the day like constipation,mild headache right side,right nose blocks after sneezing,mild needles and stitching pain on right side of chest when I am not sneezing, breathing worse during lying or sleeping, need to wake up and sit. In morning,every day I need to clear my nose and throat, clear white mucus, sometimes yellow. Allergy sympotoms get better during the day and evening but get worse in night and early morning.Also eczema,feel headache on right side and mild fever after sneezing. After every 10-15 days I have lot of sneezing which finally leads to infection and fever.All these symptoms I feel whole day, It keeps on moving to different parts of body with redness over there. for instance with breathing problem, chest will get red, with stomach problem, stomach skin will turn red. It keeps on alternating.

Hello Dr. Kadwa,
I have completed 10 days course of Dulcamara 30 and Rhus Tox 30.
There is little bit change in symptoms. right nose still blocked and stuffed creating pressure on right side, unable to breath through nose,breathlessness,very mild headache and feeling of head spinning sometime with confusion,stress and anxiety. It feels like my whole right portion of body is inflammed and affected.Also tiredness,fatigue and sleepiness feeling most of the time. Problem is more on right side which starts with blocked right nose and then breathing problem,weakness which eases with sneezing.Sometime feel constriction in lungs and very hard to get the phelgm out, also sometime i feel rapid and irregular heartbeats. Also eruption of nodular acne on face and burning in skin with old problem of psoriasis on palm resurfaced this week.

Symptoms are better than before but both nose prominently blocked more than before with occasional light headache and head spinning, also burning and itching in throat. Old symptoms of palmoplantar psoriasis which appeared last week is stable with less burning in skin. Breathing problem is ok but when as soon as blocked nose opens up I feel breathlessness with feeling of sleepiness, tiredness and exhaustion, Also sneezing with watery nose.

Hello Dr. Kadwa,
I have completed 10 days course as suggested by you. Conditions better than before. All symptoms like breathlessness, urticaria, weekness in hand and limb, stomach pain, eczema are there but less severe and feels like they are moving to extreme right part of the body as I am feeling most of the symptoms like breathlessness, weakness, nose blocked on the extreme right. Right nose severely blocked last week but this week it is better.

I have continued with same medicine as prescribed by you for another 7 days. Condition is stable and not much change now, also I am feeling low libido for past few weeks.

Please stop all remedies for 10 days and see how that affects. Please use Rhus Tox and Dulcamara only on need.

These remedies are giving temporary relief but sometime problem is aggravating. I am feeling twisting tweaking sensation at extreme right with right side weakness, also libido is very low. Is low libido because of these remedies.There is not much change in symptoms and they are still there. Symptoms are alternating like if I eat something stomach ache and loose motion, once stomach gets better, sneezing breathing problem starts, if sneezing gets better, weakness starts or urticaria.

The remedies have to do nothing with the decrease in libido. Generally remedies are to be repeated often in clinical scenario.
You may take Lycopodium 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects libido over a week.

As suggested by you, I have taken Lycopodium 200 for 3 days but no change in libido, feeling weekness at right side. I have also been using Dulcamara 30 and Rhus thux 30 as it is given temporary relief and not much improvement . Still I am feeling sneezing and nose block whole day and unable to sleep in night and trouble more in morning. Please suggest
