Those with dental abscess experience please help!

My son (3.5) fell off steps a year ago. The trauma "killed" his tooth. We were told it was ok to let it fall out on its own if no other complications came up. It abscessed shortly after. It has been one year and I have tried various remedies to varying success. I have tried calc sulph(6x, 8x, 30c), silica (6x, 8x), hep sulph (6c, 30c, 200ck), Oregano oil applications. Every remedy has resulted in improvement initially, particularly hep sulph 6c, but it eventually comes back. Please note that he eats, drinks, and sleeps fine, is a pleasure to be around and is otherwise a very healthy boy who rarely gets sick and if he does bounces back fast. Also, he is a bit small for his age (but I think that's because his parents and relatives are also) and eats a whole-food plant-based diet with proper supplementation (b12). Currently I'm giving him that remedy (hep sulph 6x) 3x a day with silica 8x. I'm frustrated with this process. Should I give it more frequently? Should I try a different remedy?

I'm reluctant to have his teeth pulled and other conventional dental practices done on him for important reasons. I just want this dang infection gone.

Please if you have any experience, kindly let me know your thoughts.

I appreciate your time!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also, he has pretty much been treated for this non stop (with occasional short breaks). Should I give him a larger break? If so how long?

When the injury had happened did you give him injury remedies like Arnica, Hypericum?

When lower potencies of abscess remedies like Hepar Sulph., or Silicea have been given and the pus had drained FULLY, higher potencies(200c and upwards) of these remedies need to be given to prevent recurrence and to prevent infection.

I didn't know to at the time. So, no I didn't. Thank you for the reply. Should I give him a week break to reset his body? Or just increase to hep sulph 30 right away? I read somewhere that only hep sulph 6c was appropriate for dental afflictions. Are you familiar with this?

When injury first aid remedies like Arnica, Hypericum etc are given many future complications can be prevented.

You can give lower potencies like 6c till drainage happens. Once the pus or matter inside has stopped draining and has dried, then you can give higher potency of this remedy.
