Pre cum and sexual weakness

Dear sir
I am 26 year of age, I masturbating from 5 Years but know I quit this habit from 2 months no problem for quiting, now I am going to marry but when I meet my girl or even when call her I involuntary discharge my semen continuously (which is color less sticky liquid) with out any erection and without any sexual conversation.

I also notice about the shortening of my Penies size, poor morning erection moreover when this precum condition occur the tempratue of my organ goes down w.r.t other body temperature,with this I feel weakness and hair falling.
My appetite is ok.smoke cigarette Some how feel some stress,
Please tell me any medication for this sexual weakness means poor erection, semen involuntary discharge, stress which comes when I thought I sm not able to have sex and Hair falling.

I took NUX VOMICA 200C, ACID PHOS Q 10DROPS and TRIBULUS Q 10DROPS IN HALF GLASS WATER THRICE DAILY..for 10 days but precum situation is not control

I gona marry in 6 months and I feel I can't able to satisfy my future wife. Please help me...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Lycopodium 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. If this doesn't work take Selenium 200 in the same way and report back.

Sir what you meant by take Lycopodium 200 twice a day?
How many drops of medicine should I take?

2 drops or 2 pills. A homeopathic remedy is a stimulation to life processes so dose size doesn't really matter much. One drop or 4 drops will also work in the same way.
