No one can predict at the start what is going to happen as far as reaction.
Reactions can be:
1. No reaction ( need to repeat or go higher strength or wrong remedy.)
2. Aggravation of current symptoms- remedy is working correctly and bringing up old things that should then leave. Stop remedy and wait for 7 tob14 days and evaluate symptoms again. Depending on
If everything is gone- keep waiting. If things start to come back after a week or two then you may need another dose or higher strength at that time.
